Refund Policy - Strictly Enforced - NO refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or day-of cancellations. - Partial refunds (25%) may be granted if cancellation is made at least 48 hours after registration (does not include registration fee) due to scheduling. - Administrative fees may apply to all cancellations. - All refund decisions are final and made at the discretion of management.

Rescheduling Policy - Students may reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, at no charge. - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class may incur an additional fee, which varies based on location and instructor availability. - Students who fail to show or arrive late forfeit their fee and must pay in full to re-enroll. - All rescheduled requests must be submitted in writing (email or text confirmation required).

Attendance Requirements - Zero Tolerance - On-time arrival is mandatory. Doors close promptly 15 minutes before class start time. - Students who arrive more than 15+ minutes late will be denied entry and must reschedule/pay in full.- Students must attend 100% of classroom and range instruction to receive certification — no exceptions. - Must present a valid government-issued photo ID and meet all legal eligibility requirements for firearm handling. - Students are expected to demonstrate: • Basic comprehension of safety principles • Respect for instructors and fellow students • Safe and responsible firearm handling at all times - Disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior will result in immediate dismissal with no refund. If you signup and pay for class with the knowledge that you have committed a crime or action that will cause failure to pass background check to receive CCW or own a firearm NO refund will be granted.
